*Well, I can't recall the last time I posted a recipe here. It's been quite a while. This time I'd like to share with you the easiest recipe for spaghetti bolognese ever. It's even faster than those ,,instant" spaghetti sauce that you can buy in a store. So I recommend to try this one at home, and then think if there is really any reason to eat those unhealthy food from packages. The taste of mine recipe is like hundread times better - it's also really cheap, so anyone can afford it (especially students :-) ).
So enough talking, let's make a dinner!
- a pack of spaghetti pasta (I had some kind of thick one)
*1. Start with the meat. Heat the pan, add the oil (or olive oil) and then meat, salt and pepper. Stir until it gets pale (from pink/red).
*2. In the meantime boil pasta. Then when your minced meat is ready, add tomato puree on the pan and mix together.
*4. Wait just a while until your sauce is boiled and then it's ready. Check if any spices are needed (some people make the spaghetti sauce spicy). Place your boiled pasta on the plates, add bolognese sauce, decorate with fresh leaves of basil or oregano. Add some cheese and small toasts. It's ready. Bon appetit. :-)
